The program itself is really detailed and good for beginners and intermediate people that are trying Hyrox. It guides you what to do day to day and takes away all the guessing away. I've worn these socks for all my runs for the past 2/3 weeks and can say they've been nothing less than amazing. I was previously using Bonds socks and they were giving my blisters in multiple places. Blisters are now gone. They fit perfectly and they look great too. Will be buying a pair in white ASAP!
Running let me down in my first HYROX and the M3GA program has really helped me improve my speed and endurance. Will provide more feedback post Melbourne HYROX fun times.
Signed up for our first hyrox competition and this program truly set us up for the actual race! Highly recommend and loved the progression. Got to run it back 🤘🏽

Used this program for my first hyrox pro event and couldn’t recommend more for a beginner or advanced. Have signed up for my second one in a few months and going to use this program again! Had a very good time for my first competition. The progression let us all the way up to competition day! Thanks so much Will and Meg for making this program and can’t wait for more to come!
I was a bit sceptical of the price but after doing Megs 12 week Hyrox program and seeing the best results of my life I decided that I'd give these a try. Safe to say they are my best pair of socks so now I have two. One to train in, and one I'm saving for raceday.
I chose to run this marathon because I wanted to prove to myself that I can do hard things! I wanted to do something that was so hard and scary that it would positively impact my life forever!
I couldn’t thank Meg and the trained to go squad more for all the support! Prior to this training block I had never stuck to a running regime and always played into the narrative of ‘I’m not a runner’!
Completing the marathon and finding a new version of myself was epic! However the training leading up to the day is what really showed me just how capable I am!
The program helped me shift my mindset from I have to do this, to I get to do this! I get to push my body to new limits, to challenge my mind, to hit a new level of discomfort that I can grow from! I get to do this for myself and I get to prove to myself that yes, I can do hard things! 💪🏼
I smashed my 21km goal thanks to this program!! Great variety of runs/weight sessions and I always felt excited and motivated to train. The mindset aspect of the program was a game changer too, really got me out of my head in the last couple of weeks leading up to the race and I ended up getting a sub 2hr half marathon!
