Can I actually grow a booty in 8 weeks?
100% you can... And you will. The reason I know this is because I did it myself. When you combine weight training, with cardio, clean eating and recovery, strengthening your glutes and growing your booty is inevitable.
Am I able to use this program with zero gym or exercise experience?
Definitely! Every exercise included in the program has a video tutorial to demonstrate the correct technique. I have designed Build A Booty specifically so that anyone can understand and get the most out of the program.
Can I do the program from home?
Definitely!! I have designed the program to be completed at a gym or at home. You will need some basic equipment which is listed in the opening pages of the program if you want to train from home properly.
