Running apparel

You may return apparel within 30 days after delivery of the final item in your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, except where applicable consumer law permits inspection or provides additional rights.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is fulfilled. International customers can submit cancellation and return requests through their customer account using the Sign In link in the store header or at checkout.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return delivery costs. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

For customers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal is available for 14 days after delivery of the final item in the order, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The electronic withdrawal function is available through your customer account. We will acknowledge electronic withdrawal requests and issue refunds within the period required by law. Where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.

Programs

Except where required by applicable law, program purchases are non-refundable. Where immediate access to digital content or services is supplied, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right applies only if the customer has expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of that right before access begins. Any advertised guarantee applies only on its stated terms and excludes discounted programs unless expressly stated otherwise.
