How to access the program

After subscribing, you will answer a detailed questionnaire which I will use to personalise your running program. You will receive your program by email and PDF in 2 Weekly blocks that you get to keep forever.

Simply subscribe & the rest will be delivered via email.

How does the subscription billing work

When you sign up to RUNM3GA you will pay for the equivalent of one week. After this, you won’t be billed again until your programming is scheduled to start. All programming is designed to start on Monday and run through to Sunday. On the Friday before the Monday your programming is scheduled to start, your weekly billing will commence and then you will be billed each Friday until you have 8, 10, or 12 payments in total which includes your initial purchase. NOTE: If you select your programming to start the following week from when you sign up, you will be billed twice in the same week - once for the initial subscription payment and a second time on the Friday which is the start of your weekly billing for the programming.

FAQs

Can I run 10km if I never have before?

Definitely - sign up to the FIRST 10KM programming. It will take you from no prior running experience to smashing the 10km in just 8 weeks without any time goals or pressures.

What is the RUNM3GA Skool Community?

The RUNM3GA Skool community is where all the RUNM3GA Rippers come together from around the world to connect with one another and with me. Post your progression, ask questions, answer questions, check out all the additional videos I am uploading to the classroom and let everyone know how you went on your race day. Skool is also where you get access to the fortnightly group call with me to ask any questions you have and hear from other Rippers.

Does Meg do group calls so we can ask her questions?

100% - Once a fortnight I have a group call through Skool for all the Rippers who want to ask me questions.

Can I run 42km if I never have before?

Of course you can. My recommendation would be to complete either the 10km or the 21km programming before the 42km to allow your body the appropriate time to adapt to the running. However, if you are keen to smash the marathon straight away - I can help you do that. I believe running is 70% mindset - so if you smash the weekly mindset challenges and open your mind to what is possible, then we can definitely get you to your first marathon in 12 Weeks. LET'S DO THIS.

Can I use RUNM3GA to train for a race?

Definitely!! When you sign up to RUNM3GA Plus, you select your race date and our system will adjust your start date accordingly upon purchasing so you can absolutely smash your desired race & get that PB!

What do I do if I get sick during the program?

If you get sick during the program, then take a few days rest. If you have an illness that lasts a longer period of time and is limiting your training, please email us at m3ga@m3ga.life and we can discuss putting your programming on hold until you have recovered.

Can you seriously guarantee a running program?

I can and I DO. The reason I am so confident in RUNM3GA is because it targets the one thing that other running programs miss... your mind. Your mindset is what enables you to push past the point of wanting to stop. If you don't believe it is possible then it's not possible for you. As soon as your mind believes you can do it, the training included in RUNM3GA will get you there. What are the best running shoes for a beginnner?

The short answer - go to a running store that knows what they are talking about.

The long answer - the best running shoes are the ones that you feel best wearing. Everyone's feet are different so it is my recommendation that you visit someone who can assess your feet and recommend the shoe that they think will be best for you. If you're in Australia a great store to visit is The Athlete's Foot. Otherwise go to your local running store that stocks a range of brands so there is limited bias. From here, you should choose the shoe that feels most comfortable to you. Keep in mind, we aren't Kipchoge - it's comfort over performance every day of the week; The goal of running is not to run fast, it is to run again.

Can I change my distance after I have started RUNM3GA?

Definitely - if you smash your distance of PB before you complete the program. Please email us at m3ga@m3ga.life and we can help you change without any additional costs.

Can I actually run a PB that I set in 8-12 Weeks?

I guarantee you can. If you're asking this question then I CANNOT WAIT for you to complete the mindset programming included in the RUNM3GA Programming. The mindset programming opens your mind to just how capable you are and that you CAN complete your goals, not just in running, but in every aspect of your life.
